Academics and Curriculum
Trinity Christian High School has developed a rigorous academic
program that enables the student to enter college prepared and able
to advance successfully throughout his/her higher educational
career. Advantages of the TCS program include a Bible-centered
curriculum and individualized attention in classes with a superior
student/teacher ratio. In many of the upper level courses, student
to teacher ratio ranges from five to ten.
Trinity Christian School is accredited by the Association of
Christian Teachers and Schools. This accreditation is recognized and
accepted by the State of Texas. The excellent academic environment
is reflected in outstanding scores by many of the school's graduates
on college entrance exams.
TCS strives to provide elective and special classes to enhance the
educational opportunities for students.

the nation. TCS offers the following AP courses:
· AP English III (Language and Composition)
· AP English IV (Literature and Composition)
· AP US History
· AP Calculus AB
· AP Art
Dual Credit
Trinity Christian School also offers dual credit opportunities in

students may enroll in selected classes with no tuition fees and
earn college credits and high school credits simultaneously.
Starting Fall 2010, US History dual credit will be taught on our
campus.
Summer Credit Advancement
It’s harder than ever for students to meet all
the requirements for graduation and still participate in the arts
and sports, along with the mandatory requirements for graduation.
Trinity Christian Summer School allows students to take certain
courses to open up their schedule for the next school year. Classes
offered include:
· Spanish I, II, III, IV
· German I
· French I, II
· Health
· Speech
· World Geography
· Math-All
Levels
Foreign Language courses are taught using the
curriculum based Rosetta Stone program. Other classes will be taught
using Switched On Schoolhouse curriculum. Math classes will be
taught by an instructor, and therefore, course offering is
contingent based on enrollment numbers.
